Injection moulding

Benefits

  • Computer-controlled machines equipped with robot
  • 2-component injection moulding
  • Lean manufacturing

The production at Reobijn is realized by means of the injection moulding process. To this end, plastic granulate is heated, the plastic melt is then injected under high pressure into a mould, after sufficient cooling, the product is taken from the mould.

Reobijn has a modern machine park with injection moulding machines ranging from 25 to 1,400 tonnes clamping force, including 2-component injection moulding machines. All machines are equipped with robot take-out. The production runs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week and is guarded by SPS in order to produce as efficient as possible the best quality and reproducible product.
